Terms and Conditions

  • Application must apply at least 1 month before the event.If less than 1 month, please contact directly to Blood Bank Center.
  • Any cancellation or changes need to be inform in 2 weeks before the event
  • Coordinator must ensure that blood donation drive can be conducted every 2 to 3 months.
  • Decision will be inform via email. Blood Bank officer might contact you via phone call or sms for further inquiry.

Donors Conditions

  • Coordinator must provide at least 30 blood donors on the day of donation in order to conduct blood donation drive.
  • Coordinator must ensure donors are advised not to engage on any strenuous physical activities i.e exercise before and after the donation

Area Conditions

  • Coordinator must provide the venue preferably on the ground floor and ample space with air conditioning or fan and few electrical power circuits. Coordinators should also provide tables and chairs. Should the donation area located on the higher level, lifts shall be provided
  • Coordinator in schools, colleges, or any institutions must confirm that no examination or any other activities (i.e Sports day) is conducted on the day and on the next day.
If there are changes for the contact person,please contact the blood bank officer immediately.
